These are generic notes for use in class for an elementary statistics course, arranged roughly by topic.  They are similar to notes which I used for many years ay BHSU, Ventura College and Santa Barbara City College (still linked off course web pages) but are designed to be text independent and to be used with R scripts which can be called from links embedded in the LaTeX scripts. Obviously they are still under preparation.   More anon.

The notes themselves are pdfs produced by the LaTeX package beamer.  To view them 'naturally', download the files, open using your favorite pdf viewer, and then enter full screen mode.  You can then move through the notes as you would through a PowerPoint file.  They are free to use as you wish.  The notes certainly contain errata.  If you find any, please let me know so I can repair them.
